Crinkle chiffon silk 5 fabric is a lightweight, sheer, flat-crepe textured silk with a dull, soft finish. Often seen in overlays for evening gowns. This silk is excellent for shawls or scarves where a crinkled look is desired. 
An excellent choice for Nuno felt making.

Fabric pieces are perfect for smaller scarf felting or other felt surface decorating.
